红花檵木Loropetalum chinense var. rubrum Yieh  (金缕梅科 Hamamelidaceae)。檵木栽培变种。叶多呈紫红色，花紫红色。

原产于湖南浏阳，春日花叶红艳，群植满园尽赤，蔚然壮观，现南方各城镇大规模种植。
